Different Departments in Park Plaza Hospital - 10/10/18 - 11/28/18
Ever since I last blogged, I've gotten to see a lot more of Park Plaza hospital. I've still continued rotating between the hospital's ICU and Dr. Ng's private clinic however I've gotten to see Dr. Ng work with people from other departments of the hospital. Not only have I been getting to just see people who deal with pulmonology-related issues but I've gotten to see a little bit of the work from an interventional radiologist performing a procedure for example. It's all been really interesting going to different departments and ICUs, especially because I've been seeing examples of how one type of doctor interacts with another and how they work together. On top of all of what I've been getting to do with Dr. Ng, I've been jotting down lots of medical terms, for example, parts of the body I didn't learn too much about in school and other things like common diseases people have.
